15 miler at 7:15 average mile pace with Cason in Lawrence. Pretty tough but a good run.

Recovery run with Cason. Chill 6 miles but felt pretty tough due to the 15 miler we did the day before.

Very busy so didn't have much time to run. Had to cut warmup and cool down short to 1 mile. 4 mile tempo, with last 2 miles completely against the wind. Pretty tough but an ok workout.

Awful run, had no energy. Started to do a track workout but didn't have enough energy or will to finish.

Much better day of running. Felt fresh and 10 miles felt easy, finished off with a 6:30 mile without even trying. Average pace was 6:59 per mile for the run.

Not much time to run and pretty generic workout but not bad to end the week. 1x1600m, 2x800m, 4x400m. Ran a lap for rest except for 400s. 400s had 200m jog rest.
