| Was doing a long run at Gage but severe weather was coming in. Tried to get as many miles in as possible, but only got 5 before it really got storming.

| Workout was 2x1200m, 4x300m, 1x200m (coach told me to stop after the 200, didn't want me to be sore for the meet Friday). 1200's were 3:45 and 3:48, 300's were 48, 48, 49, 49, and the 200 was 31. Tough workout but felt pretty good.

| Meet at Shawnee Heights today. Did a mile to loosen up about an hour after we got there since I had still had a few hours until my race. Meet got rained out, so I didn't get to race at all.

| 4 mile progressive tempo run on Shunga trails today. Wasn't exactly progressive but still a pretty good workout. Miles went 6:02, 5:57, 5:58, 5:58. Felt pretty good, and first 4 mile tempo I've ever done under 24 minutes.
