| Workout was 4x800m and 4x400m. Pretty windy on the curves and especially on the backstretch, so made the workout pretty tough. 800's were 2:26, 2:28, 2:30, and 2:31. Not as consistent as I'd want but I'm ok with it. 400's were 71, 71, 70, 70.

| Meet today. Did the 1600 and 3200. Pretty cold and terribly windy. Mile was 5:00, not very happy about that. 3200 was 10:56, not happy about that either. The whole field went out really slow though, and on the 2nd lap my left shoe came completely loose and I tried to keep it on as long as possible, but kicked it off about the 1800 mark and just finished with one shoe. I have a lot of work to do.
