Rough and windy workout. Still kind of sick but starting to feel better. 4x800m and 4x400m. Hit slower times than I'd like but no one ran as fast as they wanted to. The wind was pretty tough.
Used my new long run shoes today. My HOKA's were killing my left foot and it's been hurting more and more everyday for the past few weeks. Chill 6 miler today, and the new shoes felt great. My foot barely hurt.
