Track workout at the school, very cold and windy, so we did a faster workout. Workout was 10x300m (52, 54, 54, 54, 54, 53, 52, 52, 52, 52) and 10x200m (32, 34, 34, 34, 34, 33, 34, 33, 32, 32). Obviously was not very fast. Legs felt really sore, not sure why, but wish I could have gone faster.
