Still feel like crap and coughing a bunch, but somehow turned out to be a pretty good workout. 1.5 mile warmup, and 2 mile cooldown. Workout was 1x3200m, 1x1600m, and 2x800m. Felt like garbage put PR'd in the 2 mile. Whoops. 2 mile was 10:50, mile was 5:20, and 800's were both 2:30. Don't know how I pulled that off.
