Meet at KU today. Did the mile and 3k. Got screwed over in the mile and ran a very easy 5:02. 800m splits were both 2:31. Not very happy with that. Ran the 3k in 10:03. Should've went out with the top group, but went out too slow and ran by myself the entire race. Not happy with either race, but was a good learning experience.

Good race in the 3k catching up to the lead pack, gotta work on going out harder and stepping out of your comfort zone in races.
