2 mile warmup and cooldown, and workout was 4 mile tempo at shunga. Tried to make it progressive, didn't work too well. Still ran 40 seconds faster than what I usually do during my 4 mile tempos. Miles were 6:00, 5:56, 6:11(had a lot of coughing attacks so this whole mile I was very uncomfortable), and 5:56. Tried to pick it up more in the last mile but my coughing screwed up my breathing patterns and I had a side-stitch for the whole thing. Still pretty happy with my overall time, which was 24:03.
