2 mile warmup and cooldown. Felt absolutely awful. Didn't eat anything before I ran so my stomach hurt, and I really need to do a breathing treatment. My lungs felt like they were collapsing. Workout was 3x1000m (3:13, 3:14, 3:15) 6x400m (73, 71, 73, 73, 73, 73) and 4x200m (33, 33, 33, 32).
