We had mile repeats on the trail since the wind was crazy. My times were awful, and my legs felt like logs. Just didn&#39;t have anything in me today. I feel like I&#39;ve hit a wall in my training, and I am not getting any faster which is what I need. Attempting to get back into racing shape for outdoor track. 9 easy miles tonight after work, averaged 6:55. It felt smooth, and my back is getting loosened up.
