Terrible workout today. We had mile repeats on the trail since the wind was crazy. My times were awful, and my legs felt like logs. Just didn't have anything in me today. I feel like I've hit a wall in my training, and I am not getting any faster which is what I need. I am going to slow down my moderate pace running and see if that helps my workouts go better.

First blog post-virus. Attempting to get back into racing shape for outdoor track. 9 easy miles tonight after work, averaged 6:55. It felt smooth, and my back is getting loosened up. My new shoes are definitely helping my legs and back.
